The company Swiss Made Administration & Services (SMAS) is located in villa D2 on site and is the business partner of Sierra Blanca Country Club and therefore responsible for the safety, cleanliness and care of the urbanization.
SMAS offers exclusively for Sierra Blanca Country Club owners private services for "house and garden". These include household help, cleaning and ironing service, the airing, and frequently checking and controlling of installations.
Garden, pool and terrace service include the maintenance and cleaning of outside areas and the pool as well as the frequent inspection of the equipment. Of course, cutting the lawns and maintenance of the flowerbeds, palms and other trees as well as additional planting when necessary are part of it.
All services may be custom designed for you and your property. SMAS also offers consulting and installation of satellite systems, TV and hifi equipment, alarm and security systems.
The employees speak German, English, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian, French, Dutch and some further languages. Written and spoken translations can be done quickly. More services as for example car polishing are available on request.
